Car Museum

If your passing Fulton, Missouri, on one of your adventure trips, an interesting place to visit is the Auto World Car Museum.  The Men or Man in your life will really enjoy this.

Bill Backer had a dream to open a car museum, since he had been collecting automobiles for the past 44 years.  Finally, he and his wife found an old closed K-Mart building to turn his automobles into a show room.

He has some rare cars like DeLorean, Wills St. Claire, Stanley steamer and the rarest 1895 Haynes.  He's really showing off now!   There are old tractors, fire trucks & more.  There is memmorbelia like a British flag, arrow heads, military patches, china dolls, Kennedy books and
more historic collections.  The place is like a flea market and you will enjoy your visit.

Winston Churchill also made his "Iron Curtain" address to Westminster College in 1946.  You can also tour this site in Fulton, Mo.

You just never know what some little, off the highway, point of interest you can find, as you travel these days.
