Things To Do In Chattanooga, Tennessee

Chattanooga is located in the southeast part of Tennessee. The official nickname of Chattanooga is the "Scenic City".

There are many things to do in and around Chattanooga. There is the "Battles for Chattanooga", a three-dimensional presentation of Chattanooga's Civil War history. However, if you would like to learn about this Civil War history over dinner, there is the "Buttonwillow Church Civil War Dinner Theater".

If you are more into the arts, you can always visit the Bluff View Arts District. This historic area specializes in the visual, culinary and landscape arts.

For those who like cruises, there is the "Blue Moon Cruises". This is a cruise aboard a 70 foot luxury cruiser named the "Blue Moon". You can explore the Tennessee River Gorge aboard this vessel.

Chattanooga also has plenty of excellent billiard clubs. You can plan a board meeting, a sales meeting, a reunion, or any function where you want your guests to feel at home at these clubs.

For those that are into the paranormal, there are a series of Chattanooga Ghost Tours. This is a walking ghost tour through downtown Chattanooga. However, if you are one of those that are easily scared, don't be afraid. No one will follow you, jump out at you or try to spook you in any way.

If you are an animal lover, there is always the Chattanooga Zoo at Warner Park. You can see snow leopards, red pandas, chimpanzees, jaguars, and much more. The Zoo has an endangered species carousel the kids are sure to love. The Zoo is on six acres in the middle of Warner Park.
